Asset
Protection “scams” and
the “scammers” perpetrating
them are no different from
“con men” and “bunko artists”
who have defrauded people
since time began. Many
of “scam artists” can be
found on the Internet and
will attempt to convince
the unsuspecting that their
Asset Protection “package”
will save on taxes or,
worse, that they won’t
have to pay any taxes at
all! The adage “If it sound
to good to be true – then
it probably is” applies,
along with “Caveat Emptor”,
Latin for “Let the buyer
beware.”
