Everyone should be aware of the fact that there is no such thing as Asset Protection "Institutes" where supposedly "learned scholars" sit around discussing asset protection issues. In reality, what you have instead are a bunch of marketers who put the "Institute" together to give the unsuspecting this impression.

No, this kind of practice isn’t illegal. However, it is very misleading.
