Can a power of attorney who has been given powers over estate and insurance transactions change the trustee named in an irrevocable insurance trust while the insured is still alive?

Wow, surprised there are no answers to this. Most of the time the trust has a provision about whether an agent can change a trustee. If the attorney who drafted the trust really knew what they were doing, they most likely prohibited an agent from making a change.
